Liquid Music is a MIDI pattern generator; i.e. it generates MIDI notes for melodies and harmonies. To hear your Liquid Music creations, make sure to connect a MIDI synthesizer to the output of the track that Liquid Music is on. For example, the DAW you are using probably comes with a few software synthesizers, which can easily be connected to the output of Liquid Music. (For instructions on how to do this for your DAW, please see the Liquid Music user manual.) Alternatively, for ultra-fast results, Liquid Music’s mini-panel that appears when initially loading Liquid Music has an option for playing through an internal MIDI synth.
